2.5m telescope - Mont Abu oBSERVATORY

This on-going project started in 2016, it implies the construction of a high-end 2.5m telescope on mount ABU, in India.

This telescope will be dedicated to photometric and spectrometric measurements in visible and infrared wavelengths, in order to study amongst others exo-planets and transient phenomena in the universe.

The project follows the completion of the 3.6m ARIES telescope in the same country.

SAYAN Solar telescope-coronagraph

AMOS was selected by LZOS, a major Russian optics manufacturer of the Moscow region, for the conceptual study of a large solar telescope commissioned by the Siberia branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

With its 3 m-wide primary mirror, the very ambitious " Sayan Solar Telescope Coronagraph“ will be one of the largest in the world, only surpassed by the 4m US project DKIST, for which AMOS is also manufacturing the primary mirror cell.
