Processing capacity is up 3 m diameter for mirrors, which can be ground up to 85%. Highly aspherical shapes are feasible on many materials, from classical glasses like BK7 to SiC, Zerodur, ULE, Astrositall, etc,
Performances can be closely matched to customer specifications, with microroughnesses to less than 1 nm rms.
