NOZOMI Grating and its Holder
This very accurate opto-mechanical system was realized for ATAGO BUSSAN Co. LTD (final customers were Toshiba and the University of Tohoku). This is one of the eight instruments mounted on the “Nozomi Platform” launched in August 1998.
