CARCO COLLIMATORThe Carco collimator is a high-tech opto-mechanical instrument designed for testing the telemetry device of military aircraft's.
It is a multispectral collimator which can be used in severe mechanical environments (2 g). Two channels are possible: 1.54 µm and 3/5 µm.
The collimator consists of a stiff metallic base containing an afocal parabolic mirror, a reflective window or a large mirror, a beamsplitter window or a small mirror, a light source and two kinds of camera;
